Yes. The Free plan covers 10 transcripts and 5 profile lookups a month, a limited public-profile analytics preview, and TXT and CSV exports. It needs an account but no payment details. Paid plans raise those quotas and add bulk jobs, full analytics depth, more export formats and API access.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in USD. Annual billing is discounted (about two months free). Cancellation will be self-service once checkout opens; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Yes. Cancellation stops future renewals and will be self-service from your account. Refunds follow our published Refund Policy — generally within 7 days of a first monthly charge or 14 days of a first annual charge, with duplicate charges and qualifying service failures corrected outside that window, and statutory consumer rights always taking precedence where they give you more.
