Why a metric we cannot read is labelled as such instead of filled with a zero.
Social platforms don't expose every metric, and they differ by platform. Rather than invent numbers or show misleading zeros, Creator Analytics labels each metric as available, limited, or not available — so what you see is what the data really supports.

Any public profile you look up. Creator Analytics reads only publicly accessible content and metrics — it does not access private or restricted accounts, and it is not a backup tool.
Not in this release. Real growth-over-time needs stored historical snapshots, which we do not offer yet. We show current public metrics and content analysis, and we clearly mark anything that isn't available rather than showing a misleading zero.
We show top content by the metrics a platform exposes (like likes or comments). We do not claim a genuine outlier or virality scoring model.
No. Instagram and TikTok have the most depth; YouTube is lighter; some fields aren't available on every platform. The page marks what's available, limited, or not available.
