Billing, renewal, cancellation & refunds

  • Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime: once checkout opens, cancellation will be self-service from your account and takes effect at the end of the current paid period — details in the Cancellation & Renewal policy.
  • Refunds: generally within 7 days of a first monthly charge or 14 days of a first annual charge; duplicate charges and qualifying service failures are corrected outside those windows — details in the Refund Policy.
