This page describes the security practices CreatorSaver actually runs today — no badges we haven't earned, no numbers we can't back. When something here changes, this page changes with it.
CreatorSaver never asks for — and has no place to enter — your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook password. The tools work on publicly available content only. There is no connection to your social account, so there is nothing of yours to breach on that side.
All traffic to creatorsaver.site is served over HTTPS (TLS). Requests to the processing backends that power transcripts and analytics are made over encrypted connections as well.
Results are generated at the moment you request them from public data. We do not warehouse social platforms in the background, and what we do retain — generated results and standard operational logs — is listed with its retention period in the Data Retention policy. Anything you submitted directly (a waitlist signup or contact message) is kept per the Privacy Policy, and you can ask for removal of any of it at any time via data removal requests.
CreatorSaver does not collect or store card numbers. When paid subscriptions go live, checkout and card handling are performed by a dedicated payment provider on their PCI-compliant infrastructure; our servers only receive confirmation that a subscription is active — never the card details.
Where accounts exist, passwords are stored only as salted hashes (never in plain text), and sessions use signed tokens. Access to production systems is restricted to the operators and reached over authenticated, encrypted connections.
If you believe you have found a security issue in CreatorSaver, please report it through the contact page with enough detail to reproduce it. We read every report, will not take legal action against good-faith research, and will tell you what we did about it.
