These Subscription Terms explain how CreatorSaver's paid plans work: what a subscription includes, how billing and renewal are handled, the quotas and fair-use limits that apply to paid creator features, and how the service is delivered. They apply only when you subscribe to a paid plan.
Our free plan remains available at no cost, with the quotas published on the pricing page. A subscription is only required for the paid creator features described below. This page is written in plain operational language and is not legal advice.
What's Included
A CreatorSaver subscription gives you access to a defined set of paid creator features, which vary by plan. Depending on the plan you choose, a subscription may include:
- Transcripts — generating text transcripts from supported videos.
- Analytics — profile and content analytics for the data available at the time you run a lookup.
- Exports — exporting your generated results (for example, transcripts or analytics) in supported formats.
- API access — programmatic access to the above features, where included in your plan.
The specific features, quotas, and price for each plan are shown on the plan you select at checkout. Higher plans include larger quotas and additional features. Features not listed for your plan are not part of your subscription.
Some ideas people ask about — such as ongoing profile monitoring, scheduled backups, growth-over-time tracking, or outlier detection — are not part of any current plan. We only offer what is described on the live plan you subscribe to, and this page is updated when that changes.
Billing & Renewal
Paid plans are billed on a recurring interval — typically monthly or annually, as shown on the plan you choose. All prices are stated and charged in United States dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, where required, may be added at checkout.
- Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing interval, using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
- Renewal charge: Each renewal is charged at the price for your plan and interval in effect at the time of renewal.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. See our cancellation policy for how cancellation takes effect.

There is no lifetime plan. Every subscription is a recurring plan on a fixed interval, and access continues only while the subscription is active and paid.
Quotas & Fair Use
Paid creator features are subject to the quotas published on your plan — for example, limits on how many transcripts, analytics lookups, exports, or API calls you can make within a billing interval. The exact quotas are shown on the plan you select; no plan is offered as unlimited.
- Where quotas apply: Quotas meter transcripts generated and profile lookups run. Free-plan usage is metered against the free plan's own published allowances, not against a subscription quota.
- Quota periods: Quotas are measured over your billing interval and reset at renewal, as described on your plan.
- Fair use: Access is intended for normal, good-faith use. Automated abuse, reselling access, sharing credentials, or activity that places an excessive load on the service may be rate-limited or suspended.
Use of all features must also follow our acceptable use policy. Exceeding a quota may pause the affected paid feature until your quota resets or you move to a plan with a larger allowance.
Service Delivery
CreatorSaver is a browser-based service. Paid creator features are delivered through the website using your account — there is no separate download or installation required to use them.
- Availability: We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage.
- Third-party data: Features that read from social platforms depend on those platforms and return the data available at the time of your request. Results reflect what the platform provides and can change without notice.
- Results as provided: Transcripts, analytics, and exports are generated from the source material as it exists when you run them; we do not promise results for content that is private, removed, or unsupported.
Changes to Plans
We may add, change, or retire plans, features, quotas, or prices over time. When a change affects the plan you are subscribed to, we will apply it in a straightforward way:
- Price and plan changes that affect your subscription take effect at your next renewal, and we will make the applicable price visible before that renewal.
- Feature or quota changes to your plan will be reflected on the plan details and, where relevant, on this page.
- Your choice: If you do not agree with a change at renewal, you can cancel before the renewal date to avoid the new charge. See the cancellation policy.
We will not silently increase the price of an active interval you have already paid for; changes apply going forward at renewal.
Legal Classification & Consumer Rights
A CreatorSaver subscription is a digital service supplied over the internet — the category EU law calls digital content and digital services (Directive (EU) 2019/770). In plain terms, that means:
- The plan description is the deal: the features and quotas published on the plan you subscribe to are what we must deliver. If the service does not conform to that description, then where applicable consumer law provides, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, or to a price reduction or termination.
- Consumer withdrawal: where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period (for example the EU's 14-day right), nothing in these terms removes it — if a statutory right gives you more than our published refund windows, the statutory right prevails.
- Renewal consent: automatic renewal will be disclosed before you provide billing details, your express consent will be captured before any charge, and cancellation will be self-service — built to US negative-option rules (ROSCA) and state auto-renewal laws.
Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
Account & Eligibility
A subscription requires an account and a valid payment method. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and billing details and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Eligibility: You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service in compliance with our acceptable use policy and applicable law.
- One account: A subscription is tied to your account. Sharing paid access outside your account or reselling it is not permitted.
- Payment failures: If a renewal payment fails, paid features may be paused until payment is resolved.
- Suspension: Accounts that violate these terms or our policies may have paid features limited or suspended.
