Refund Policy

Effective July 15, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when a charge for a CreatorSaver paid plan or add-on can be refunded, when it cannot, and how to request a refund. It applies only to paid subscriptions and add-on credits. The free plan is never billed and is not covered here.

This page is a plain description of how we handle refunds, not legal advice. It works alongside our Subscription Terms and our Cancellation Policy. Where the law in your location gives you stronger refund rights, those rights apply.

Overview

Paid plans give access to creator features such as transcripts at scale, profile analytics, exports, and API access. These features are metered against the quota published on our pricing page. Refunds described here relate to those paid plans and to add-on credits.

Two ideas run through this policy. First, a first charge can be refunded within a short change-of-mind window. Second, billing and system errors are always corrected, regardless of any window. Everything below is a more detailed version of those two ideas.

Standard refund window

Your first charge on a new paid plan can be refunded as a change-of-mind refund within a set window:

  • First monthly charge: refundable within 7 calendar days of the purchase.
  • First annual charge: refundable within 14 calendar days of the purchase.

The window is counted in calendar days from the date of the charge. If you have already used a substantial share of the period's quota published on our pricing page, a change-of-mind refund may no longer be available, because the paid value has largely been delivered. Billing errors and service failures described further below are handled separately and are not limited by this window.

Renewals

Charges for renewals — any billing after the first charge on a plan — are normally non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself refund a renewal that has already been billed. See the Cancellation Policy for how to stop renewals before they occur.

A renewal charge can still be refunded when:

  • you were billed twice for the same period (duplicate billing);
  • you submitted a valid cancellation before the renewal date and it failed to process;
  • the charge resulted from a billing or system error;
  • there was a material service failure that our support team could not resolve; or
  • a refund is required by the law that applies to you.

If one of these applies, the refund is not limited by the standard change-of-mind window.

Add-on credits

Add-on credits are purchased on top of a plan to extend paid usage. Credits that have already been used are normally non-refundable, because the paid value has been delivered.

Unused credits, and credits affected by a duplicate charge or a billing or system error, are handled under the always-corrected cases below. As with plans, any refund right the law gives you in your location still applies.

Always-corrected cases

Some situations are corrected regardless of the refund window, because they reflect a billing or service error rather than a change of mind:

  • Duplicate charges: if you were billed more than once for the same plan or add-on for the same period, the extra charge is refunded.
  • Access never provisioned: if you paid but were never granted the paid access because of a verified CreatorSaver failure, that charge is refunded.
  • Qualifying internal job failures: if a paid job fails on our side and qualifies for correction, it is put right. In these cases the affected quota is automatically restored to your account, so a failed run does not consume your paid allowance.

These corrections apply even after the standard change-of-mind window has passed.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through the contact page and include the account email used for the purchase, the approximate charge date, and a short description of the issue. This helps us locate the charge and respond quickly.

We review each request against this policy. Duplicate charges, access that was never provisioned due to a verified CreatorSaver failure, and qualifying internal job failures are corrected whether or not the standard window still applies. To stop future renewals rather than request a refund, follow the Cancellation Policy.

What a refund changes

When a refund is issued for a plan or add-on, the paid entitlement it covered is removed. Access to the paid creator features tied to that charge ends, and any paid quota granted by it no longer applies.

Automatic quota restoration for qualifying internal job failures is a separate correction: it returns quota consumed by a failed paid job and does not remove your paid entitlement. Free-plan access is unaffected by any refund, because it is never billed. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
