Acceptable Use Policy

Public content only

CreatorSaver processes only content that is publicly accessible on third-party platforms at the time of your request. We do not access, and you may not use CreatorSaver to reach, content that is private, restricted, follower-only, or otherwise placed behind a login or permission barrier.

We do not host or store the source content on our servers. CreatorSaver retrieves what a platform already makes available to the public and passes it to you. If content is not public, it is outside the scope of this service.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for having the necessary rights or permission for any content you download or back up through CreatorSaver. Public accessibility does not by itself grant you the right to reuse, republish, or distribute someone else’s work.

• Only download or back up content you own or are authorized to use.
• Respect the rights of creators and the terms of the platforms the content originates from.
• Keep your use limited to personal, non-infringing purposes unless you have obtained appropriate permission from the rights holder.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright, privacy, and data-protection laws.

Prohibited uses

You may not use CreatorSaver to:

• Attempt to access private, restricted, or login-protected content, or circumvent any access control on a platform.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with platform protections, security measures, or rate limits.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or download content you do not have the right to use.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm any individual, or collect content to enable such conduct.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide paid access to the service, or present CreatorSaver’s output as your own commercial offering.
• Use the service for any illegal activity or to distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious material.

Automation & rate limits

CreatorSaver is intended for normal, human-driven use through our website. You may not use bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the service, generate high request volumes, or extract data at a scale beyond ordinary interactive use.

Some features are offered under paid plans with published usage allowances described in our Subscription Terms. You may not exceed, evade, or artificially inflate those allowances, and you may not share, pool, or resell plan access to work around them. Free-plan access is provided for reasonable personal use and must not be automated or abused. We may apply technical rate limits to keep the service available and reliable for everyone.

Copyright

CreatorSaver respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content accessed through our service infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown request through our DMCA Policy, which explains what a valid notice must include and how counter-notifications are handled.

We maintain a repeat-infringer policy. Sources or accounts that are the subject of repeated valid copyright complaints may be limited, blocked, or restricted from use of the service, as described in the DMCA Policy.

Enforcement & suspension

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and take any action we consider appropriate. Depending on the severity and circumstances, this may include:

• Issuing a warning or requesting that you stop the conduct.
• Applying rate limits or temporarily restricting access to certain features.
• Suspending or terminating your access to the service, including any paid plan, in line with our Subscription Terms.
• Removing or disabling access to specific content, and cooperating with lawful requests where required.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of CreatorSaver after an update means you accept the revised policy.
