Request Data Removal

Effective July 17, 2026

This page explains how to ask CreatorSaver to remove data — whether you are a visitor who used the site, a creator whose public profile was looked up, or a rights holder.

The short version: CreatorSaver processes public social-media data at the moment a user requests it and does not operate an archive of platform content. Most of what we hold is the data you gave us directly, and you can ask for it to be removed at any time.

What CreatorSaver Holds

In normal operation, the data on our side is limited to:

  • Data you gave us directly — for example a waitlist signup, a contact message, or an account you created.
  • Generated results — transcripts, analytics and exports produced when someone runs a tool, kept per our data retention policy.
  • Operational logs — standard technical logs used to keep the service running and prevent abuse.

We do not scrape and warehouse social platforms in the background, and removing content from CreatorSaver does not remove it from the platform it was published on.

What You Can Request

  • Your personal data — removal of waitlist entries, contact messages, or account data you provided.
  • Creator requests — if you are a creator and do not want your public profile processed by our tools, tell us the profile and platform. We will review it and take the steps available to us, including escalating the request to our data providers, and tell you what was done.
  • Generated results — deletion of stored results that relate to you, where we can verify the connection.
  • Copyright — takedown requests for copyrighted material follow the DMCA process, which has its own notice requirements.

How to Request

Send your request through the contact page with:

  • what you want removed (be as specific as possible);
  • the profile URL or username involved, if the request concerns a social profile;
  • a way to verify the request — for creator requests, something that shows you control the profile in question.

We aim to acknowledge removal requests within a few business days and to explain the outcome either way. If we cannot verify a request, we will tell you what is missing rather than silently ignoring it.
