Cancellation & Renewal

Effective July 15, 2026

This page explains how to cancel a paid CreatorSaver plan, what happens to your access afterward, and how automatic renewal works. It applies only to paid subscription plans; cancelling returns you to the free plan and does not affect it.

This is a plain-language description of how the service operates, not legal advice. For related terms, see our Subscription Terms and Refund Policy.

How to cancel

You can cancel your paid plan yourself at any time from your account settings. Cancellation is self-service: you do not need to contact support or wait for approval to stop a future renewal.

  • Open your account and go to the billing or subscription area.
  • Select the option to cancel your current plan.
  • Confirm the cancellation. Your plan is then set not to renew at the end of the current paid period.

Before you ever reach checkout, we show you the exact price, currency, billing interval, an automatic-renewal notice, the date of your next renewal, and how to cancel. The cancellation method is disclosed up front so you know how to stop renewals before you subscribe.

What happens after you cancel

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not immediately end your paid plan. Unless you receive a refund, your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it does not renew.

  • Your plan features stay available through the paid period you already purchased.
  • At the end of that period, the plan expires and your account moves to the free tier.
  • If a cancellation is accompanied by a refund, access may end sooner in line with our Refund Policy.

Automatic renewal disclosure

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing interval so your access is not interrupted. Renewal continues until you cancel.

  • Before checkout you always see the price, currency, billing interval, a clear automatic-renewal notice, the next renewal date, and the cancellation method.
  • Each renewal charges the same plan at the price and interval shown for that plan, in US dollars.
  • To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown for your plan. Cancelling after a renewal charge does not reverse that charge on its own; see the Refund Policy.

Downgrades

You can move from a higher plan to a lower one. By default a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, not immediately, so you keep the higher plan for the rest of the period you already paid for.

  • When the downgrade takes effect, your account is subject to the lower plan's published limits.
  • If you have resources above the lower plan's limit, they are paused rather than deleted. Paused resources are retained and are not removed simply because you dropped to a smaller plan.
  • Moving back up to a higher plan can restore access to paused resources within that plan's limits.

There is no lifetime plan. Plans are billed on a recurring interval only.

Data after cancellation

After a paid plan ends, your account continues on the free tier. What we keep, and for how long, follows our data-retention practices rather than being tied to the moment of cancellation.

  • Resources above the free tier's limits may be paused, in the same way as a downgrade, rather than deleted the instant a plan lapses.
  • Retention periods and deletion timelines are described in our Data Retention policy.
