CreatorSaver DMCA Policy

This policy explains how to submit copyright takedown notices and counter-notifications, and clarifies our trademark disclaimer.

Overview

CreatorSaver respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. CreatorSaver is a free, browser-based tool that helps users access publicly available content from third-party platforms. We do not host, store, or distribute user-generated or copyrighted content on our servers.

If you believe that material accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below, and we will respond in accordance with the DMCA. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material upon receipt of a valid notice.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe your work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to support@creatorsaver.site with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice."

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.

Required Information for a Valid Notice

To be effective, your DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered)
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the specific URL or location that allows us to locate it
  • Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Send your completed notice to support@creatorsaver.site. Incomplete notices may delay or prevent us from acting on your request.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to support@creatorsaver.site. A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found)
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice or its agent

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

CreatorSaver maintains a policy of restricting access for repeat infringers where appropriate. Accounts or sources that are the subject of repeated valid copyright notices may be limited, blocked, or restricted from using our service.

We reserve the right to take such action at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law, including disabling access to specific content or features.

CreatorSaver is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform, including but not limited to:

  • Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, and ByteDance Ltd.

All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names, logos, and brands is for identification purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their owners.
